Good for pet supplies but not a farmers shop like it used to be.
The staff are always really helpful and friendly. I have back problems and if I need the help they help me get the bags of food out to the car and lift them in for me

Best customer service in Melton Mowbray! Michael Cooke not only has outstanding knowledge of local sport and activities in the area but the bottom line is getting the right product for you not the quick sale. An excellent shop very well stocked for many sports but with products easy to find and merchandised attractively (Take note SD!)
Very friendly and knowledgable. Fairly priced.
A modist annual subscription gives you unlimited access to all the walks. However you can Pay As Go by downloading indiviual walks.
Crucially you can also find walks France, Spain, Norway, Portugal and Australia!

Very clean and new site, good sized pitches and level, will be great in a few years when the shrub partitions between them are mature this is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars so there is room for improvement the pitches are all fully serviced. The toilet / shower blocks are fantastic the best I have seen on any caravan site and the clubhouse do a great full English breakfast with proper tea and a good selection of draught beers. Good dog walks and plenty of lakes if you are in to fishing. If you are taking an awning make sure the ground sheet is thick as it has to be erected over the designated gravel area. We will definitely visit again
Amazing facilities and staff. All caravan site managers should visit this site to see how a touring site should and can be managed and maintained. Everything is neat, tidy and very clean. The new, opened April 2018, area is fantastic. The washrooms are better than most hotel ensuites. The hard standings, all fully serviced, are large and prepared for each new customer prior to arrival. The staff are are very pleasant and willing to engage in conversation - they all seem to like working at the site. The restaurant area is in the process of being enlarged but the staff go the extra bit to make everyone very comfortable. Unusually for me, I can't think of anything which can be improved. A massive "Well done" to the manager for putting together, and maintaining such a positive team.
