The bank is usually boring... Today it wasn't. Today, I went in to set up a standing order and ended up being bullied relentlessly by the lady behind the counter. I thought I was quite witty but this lady was something else. It was great to deal with somebody who has a sense of humour and not some mindless robot. Bank Lady made my day via bullying. That's impressive.

Have always used these guys over the years and have always been delighted with the service. Had my MR2 in there last for a little bit of cosmetic work and the results were excellent. Have an excellent array of courtesy cars too if you're not lucky enough to have a second set of wheels. I've always been worried about sending cars to be resprayed but after Ferrari's and Lambo's in the workshop I felt much more assured! Could not recommend enough and will be using again this month on my Celica.

Davlyn have done a couple of jobs for me in the past. Amazing quality. You'd never know any work had been done. He recently took my A5 Audi in and having left it, I became apprehensive and nervous, due to the size and complexity of the job and the paint effect finish. Plus David did say he had never done an A5 convertible before. However; I had no cause for concern... On collecting it I was truly amazed. Those who saw it immediately after I fetched it, could not tell any bodywork had been done. I would highly recommend this family run business. 1st class service and fitting of our towbar. The price of the work was very good, and it was fitted in the time scale that was quoted. Inside the shop it has a good stock of caravan parts and they can make a new registration plate too! I would definitely recommend them.

Had my car "polished" by various people and alloys badly damaged by cheap car washes. Never been satisfied with the results until meeting Pete. He has coated my car with various things which have left it like glass after a full on polish and correction. Really impressed with the results as are all of my colleagues who have now used him on my recommendation. Friendly, down to earth honest and half the price of what I had been previously been quoted for similar work. Would highly recommend talking to him if you feel let down by car polishing / cleaning that has left your car in a bad way.

Pete has now valeted my car twice and I cannot complain. Much better job than the waste of £5 ones around town that have damaged my paintwork twice already! Next step is for pete to polish the marks out when ive got time. Thanks for doing a proper job!

Jeremy has been really helpful with the buying process. Everything went Smoothly up until the closing, then the closing stages got extremely stressful, to the point of having a very heated conversation. I was getting conflicting and incorrect information being passed either directly to me or my wife, who was also getting stressed. Yes I know this process can be stressful, but we were made made to feel like we were doing all the wrong things, but we were not. We were following advise from our solicitor and not the estate agent as we felt we were being pushed into making a decision, that could have left us with an empty house, and no buyers!! I was not prepared to do anything until exchange of contracts, which seemed to annoy the "Sales Closer", but if a solicitor tells you not to do it until the buyers solicitor is happy, then why would I ignore their advise?? Keiron and Anya were perfect.

We both agree that the all the staff at Newton Fallowell provide an excellent service to both buyer and seller. I had left my details with them as I was seeking a property in the area. They contacted me about a property which we subsequently bought. They were all helpful and professional. Although we don't like to single anybody out as they work as an effective team, Jane the manager was particularly knowledgeable and immediately looked into any concerns that we had. We had had a negative experience dealing with another estate agent in the town so we really appreciate the quality service Newton Fallowell in Melton provided.

The best funeral directors I've dealt with - and I've handled the deaths of both my parents and parents-in-law. Very sensitive treatment and personal service even though my father-in-law was under a funeral plan (not co-op!). First time went with my 10 year old daughter, she was very impressed and very happy with her cut, she has said she wants this as her regular hair place and I am very impressed with the service etc Karen is a credit to the company.

A great place that really is a lifeline for so many people. Whether you go there, like I do, to relax. study, do further learning or use the internet - it's a pretty incredible asset for people who might not have the tools otherwise. Certain aspects may have worn with age but they are as reliable as they've always been and the staff are professional but always polite. I think a lot under estimate how vital the place really is and how the staff are so worthy of praise. Simply Melton would truly be less without Melton Library.

I am a Melton Taxi driver who was also booked by Emily (last reviewer) on this occasion, i was disappointed to find no fare awaiting at venue, it was obvious that too many taxis booked and wasted time and money of hard working taxi firms in area. Provides a seven seater Taxi that is very comfortable and always provides an excellent service. I have been using dash cabs for a long time now. He even personally rang my mobile to tell me i had left some glasses in his cab and dropped them off to me free of charge. It is hard to come by a personal touch in politness and service these days and i believe this company always delivers that experience.

I first used Charlie last year for a TV/Satellite installation and was thoroughly delighted with the service he provided. This year, Charlie carried out some more work for me, taking an internet feed from one building to another and setting it all up, together with another satellite TV feed. You just won't find better than CVS! Charlie is an 'old school' professional. Nothing is too much trouble and he takes all the time needed to do a 100% job every time. Charlie is punctual, a pleasure to deal with and he clears up after himself, so you'd never know he'd been working on your premises at all. I have recommended CVS to my family and friends and I know that Charlie will be my first port of call next time I need this kind of work carrying out. I have always found the Staff very friendly, and accomodating. I have a mental illness which has caused me to miss appointments and there has never been a problem getting another appointment. I have never had difficulty parking, the waiting area is clean and neat, the staff don't actively engage in conversations with those waiting because they are generally busy and are just being professional. All the phone calls are insightful and getting an appointment at short notice is normally pretty routine. They send out text reminders for check ups and vaccinations and use only quality suppliers. My cat spent a day with them and he was none the worse for the experience.. There is always enough parking and the vets are very understanding and don't talk down to the owners. They are also excellent with grieiving owners, and ask other owners to be sensitive.. There are dog treats on the counter, shame their aren't any cat treats.. Otherwise itnwould be perfect.

Lovely staff. Really caring and supportive. Provided great care, and were so nice when our Cat died. The Dog's not happy going there to be honest, but then he's a Dog, and they're never happy about going to the Vets.
